PROPANE EMERGENCIES - 8 HOURS

This course is about how to safely respond to propane emergencies. Propane is a flammable gas, which is sometimes generically referred to as LP-Gas, LPG or liquefied petroleum gas.

 

    Target Audience:

Our primary target audience for this class is emergency responders from public safety and industrial organizations. On the public safety side, the audience primarily consists of firefighters and members of hazardous materials response teams. Certain sections of the class may also be of interest to emergency medical services, rescue squads, emergency management and law enforcement agencies.

    The comprehensive training curriculum was developed by a group of highly qualified propane product and container specialist from the National Propane Gas Association.

 

Handling Propane Emergency instructors meet or exceed all relevant standards with resumes available on request.

 

Course Length: 8 hours: Enrollment Limit: 30 participants maximum. Class contacts and locations for courses will be determined by LETS.
